World two belongs to a young adult, who has light brown hair that reaches her shoulders and bright green eyes, and wears brown long sleeved shirt and pants. She also has metal plates strapped to her elbows, shoulders, and knees.

She currently is sitting in a large clearing of a forest. She has a large fire next to her and is working on a flat rock.

She is using a hand-made hammer, which is rather crooked, to shape a metal plate. She hit the red-hot metal, a loud clang sounding each time she hit it.

A distant roar is heard, but Sky ignores it. She's used to it.

The metal turns a silvery color and sky sets down her hammer. A loud rumble is heard nearby, and she turned. A large black figure appears, and Sky smiles.

"Hello, Night." She said, her voice rather deep. She reaches out a hand towards the figure.

It was a large lizard like creature, with black scales and four short large legs. It had four claws on each of its legs and a long black tail, with two leathery wing-like things coming out of the sides. It's back and tail have two stripes of scales sticking up right next to each other, and on both sides of its back are huge leathery black wings. It's neck is short, and its head is squarish. It has two big brown eyes, and opens it's big mouth to reveal no teeth- just holes were they should be.

She touches it's nose gently, and the turns back to her work. She takes the plate and uses a type of stretchy fabric she managed to make to secure it to her lower arm. Night sticks her head under Sky's arm, growling lightly.

"What is it, girl?" Said Sky, smiling down at it's head.

Night made a rumbling sound, before sliding out from under Sky's arm. Sky turned to Night, tilting her head. Night looked up, tensing.

Sky held completely still, listening closely. She heard the flapping of wings in the distance. She opened her mouth to reassure Night, but stopped.

Voices.

She jumped up and grabbed some rocks she had around the fire, throwing them onto it. She added some dirt, and scooped up all of her tools. She darted into the forest, reaching a nearby cave. She ducked down into it, running far back into it. She dumped her tools into a crevice with some others in it, and pushed a rock on top of it.

She ran back a little farther, climbing into a larger crevice. Night pushed a rock over her, and was gone.

Sky stayed in the crevice, panting slightly. It was pitch black, except for a small sliver of light.

She heard voices.

"I swear I saw something." Said a voice of a male. It was kind of an akward voice.

"What did it look like?" Said a sassy-sounding female.

"A girl. A human girl. And..." The male trailed off.

"And what?" Asked another male.

"I think it was a Night Fury." Said the first male, lowering his voice. There were some collective gasps at this.

Night Fury. That's an interesting name. Thought Sky. Though I preferred Midnight Thunder.

"Wait! Everyone shut up!" Snapped the second male. There was complete silence, and Sky held her breath. "I heard breathing." He added.

There was a long silence. Sky had to breathe, so she tried to do it as quietly as possible.

"There!" Said someone. Blasted. Sky thought, curling up into the back.

She heard grunting, and the rock shifted.

She grabbed her knife, having it ready.

With a loud grunt, the rock was shifted off of the hole. Sky curled up, hoping she wouldn't stand out too much.

"There's a person!" Shouted someone.

Shoot. Sky thought, trying to think of a good escape.

"Hey, can you hear us?" Shouted someone else. Silence followed.

"Is it dead?" The first man asked.

"It's moving. Pull it out." Snapped the female. Sky tensed up, clutching the knife. She felt hands grab her sides, and pull her out.

Sorry took so long, but here ya go. I was at a lack for inspiration.

But with the recent increase in popularity, I had to try. I might redo this chapter layer, but expect chapter 4 soon!
