Why me?!?!
The warning came and went. If Josh touch's the Jewel, his soul will be absorbed, and his body will be lifeless.
You guys probably know what's going to happen right. Some of you are right and some of you are wrong.
The time eye showed this to me. Once I found out, I looked up to Josh. My beloved friend who I love with all my heart. I called out to him to not touch the Jewel. But it was too late. Blood tears rolled down my face as I saw Josh roll down the temple. I tried to reach him but the pyramid collapsed on top of us. I fainted because of all the weight on my head.
I finally woke up outside the pyramid. I was tired, but I got up and ran back to the pyramid remains. The villagers yelled out to me, but I didn't lesson. I ran right toward Josh's location. I grew heavy rocks and boulders. I wanted Josh. I needed him by my side. I finally reached him, but he was cold to the touch. Blood rolled down my face once again as I screamed in pain of losing my friend once again.
I stopped screaming to catch my breath when I found the Jewel, shining in the sun light. I picked it up, hoping I would be reunited with Josh but no. I held it in my hands, making up my mind. I'm going to train so that this never happens again.
So I ran away from the village for six years. I found sensei's willing to train me. Many who wouldn't or couldnt, but there was one sensei who taught me how to be strong.
Sensei Yashin. He always told me 'rage and revenge are never the answer'. I took thoughs worlds to heart. Everyday I put myself on the line to train to protect my loved ones and maybe be able to rescue Josh. I trained with Sensei Yashin for six months. He helped me train inside my head, how to stay balanced, and how to change into any animal I wish. I favored the cat and wolf more then the others.
Sensei was killed by his only son. I couldn't really do anything. Sensei was willing to die to his son. Sensei's last words to me 'Nagotto, live your life and don't let anyone try to change who you are. I hope that one day, you may find happiness. To me, Nagotto, you were like a son to me. Grow....stronger...' I didn't cry. My soul was dry. Instead I killed his son on the spot and left.
I ended up returning back to the village.
