Which house do you want to live in? An old or a very modern house?

I would like to live in an old house. First, I can learn about the history of that house. I mean, I'm going to be told what year the house was built, how it was built. For example, when I visited my relative's house, that house was built in 1980, and then they repaired and restored it. That house is a bit old but has a long history. Living in that house, I feel more connected to history. Second, I like a house decorated with wood such as stairs, doors, etc. Or has some wooden details. So a small house with an ancient style will be more suitable for decoration with wood.
