Personality- Jules is interesting. He's a very friendly person, and generally gets along with everyone. Or, at least, he tries to. He doesn't want any enemies, but sometimes his loud, boisterous self can come off as not appealing to some people. He's not loud all the time, it's mainly when he's around his friends, that's when he can get pretty crazy. Otherwise, he's very chill. He's cool, calm, and collected for the most part, often being quite level headed. There are some things though that can set him off into a rage, but not many, he's usually a very chill guy. When he gets mad, he has a hard time containing it. He often lashes out when angry, most of the time not meaning to, as his emotions get the best of him. He's a funny guy, and likes to joke around. Not a lot can silence his humor, his usually, funny, alight self. His humor can sometimes be hard to understand, if it doesn't appeal to you. It takes a special type to understand it. Jules is very level headed, not a lot can break him, in anger or in sadness. There's only a few triggers that hit him hard, either sparking rage or sadness in him. Often, he'll try to prevent himself from breaking in sadness or anger. When he tries to do this, he'll become quiet and distant. He might try to walk away, or just ignore you until the emotions pass. He doesn't like showing it. He doesn't want to lash out and hurt someone because of his own emotions that he can't control. Otherwise, he's very calm and has good control over his emotions. He's a caring person, caring about basically everyone. There's only a very few people that he actually hates. He's careful about who he trusts, but some can say that he's too trusting. That he trusts people too easily. He'll trust them unless there's a blatant reason why he shouldn't trust someone. If someone's struggling, he likes to try to help by giving advice, even if it's small. He's kind of into psychology and all of that stuff.
Also, he is not emo. He may look emo, but he is not emo. He will respond with "What even is emo?" and send you into a spiral of questioning that exact word.

Strengths- Jules is usually very easy to get along with. His personality is one that just clicks with a lot of people, although sometimes it can go a little too far. He tries to be a little more chill around people he doesn't know too well. Another strength of his is, like his brother, he's very good at guitar. He can sing, but doesn't do it hardly at all, and doesn't like it too much. He can play other instruments too, the main one being the drums. Jules can usually lighten a mood fairly quickly, by telling some stupid story of how he's an idiot or just telling some dumb joke. 

Weaknesses- Jules' humor appeals to a lot of people, but only a few really understand it. And sometimes he takes things a little too far. Sometimes he's just being funny and teasing, but actually refuses to drop it and go back to normal, so it seems like that's how he's actually acting. He can just be dumb with that sometimes. He just takes things way too far sometimes. 

Fears- Even though Jules isn't even the oldest sibling, he's scared something will happen to his bros. Patrick is just too soft, anything could hurt him, and Devin's a whole other case. He's mainly worried about Patrick. He also really doesn't like heights, so he's a little afraid of that, but it's not really a big deal.

Habits/Mannerisms- Does being loud a lot of the time count? Because he's loud a lot of the time. Other than that, he doesn't really have any.

Relationship With Parents- Eh, he gets along with them. Jules doesn't really talk to his parents much, he kinda just does his own thing, and they respect that. They're more worried and freaked out about Patrick half the time anyway, Jules and his twin are the independent ones.

Siblings- Patrick Harper, his older brother, and Devin Harper, his twin brother

Relationship With Siblings- With Patrick, they get along really well. They share a love for music, and get along great. Except for the fact that ever since Patrick's accident with getting struck by lightning, Jules has been a little overprotective of his older brother. He loves him to death, he doesn't want anything to happen to him. So he'll try his best to keep him out of danger, and it annoys the heck out of Patrick. So sometimes they get into some fights over that, but other than that, they get along great.
Devin, on the other hand, oh boy. They get into a lot of disagreements about basically anything. Devin's always got the cold faced exterior, and it annoys Jules that he never shows any emotion and always acts somewhat like a jerk. And it annoys Devin that Jules is constantly being weird and loud and doing dumb stuff and just being a goofball idiot. So it's basically a never ending cycle of them being annoyed at each other. Devin is also the only one in this family, besides Patrick himself, that believes Patrick can take care of himself, so he often gets on Jules' case to leave him the heck alone before he starts crying.

Other Dietary Restrictions- He's a vegetarian too, like Patty, Patty dared him to do it for a bit once when he was fourteen and never stopped.

Background- Jules was born 20 minutes before Devin, and he will take every opportunity to rub that in his face. Not really, but close enough. Jules has always kind of been independent, his parents always looking after Patrick more than him and Devin. Which he's fine with, it doesn't really matter to him much. His life is pretty chill, the only super eventful thing being Patrick nearly dying. That was scary, but he's fine. For the most part. Anyway, Jules has always been really independent, he taught himself the guitar with some help from Patrick, so that's fun.
