Abilities: He can see visions of the future, but rarely. When he does see something, it's usually something good happening to someone close to him, or he sees a disaster...either environmental or dragon made.

Back story: He was born in the seawing kingdom under a single full moon. Later when he was about 8 years old, a black seawing had attacked him when he was hunting. The attacker tore his front right hand off, before the attacker disappeared. He now stays in the seawing kingdom with his mother.
