To consumers from an earlier generation
I'm being targeted, much to my chagrin and frustration
Lumped in with the market segment
Planning for that maybe not so untimely event
My commercial breaks are packed with legacy gifts
And reverse mortgages, such a burden this will lift
From my loved ones, I better give PBS a call
They need to be included in my will after all
Then there's the Medicare advantage plans and life insurance
Sold by "celebrities" giving their assurance
Joe Namath, Jimmie Walker; who even are these guys?
Certainly not sponsors they should advertise
I just want to watch Jeopardy and Antiques Roadshow
