Here we have with us Shyneema2468 one of our day winners of Day 20: Vision of versification 2023.

🎈1. What was your favourite prompt in Versification?

Harmonious.

🎈2. Share with us your favourite poem/entry you wrote for versification.

"Jesus Christ isn't just a memory,
Who's words became a resounding legacy.
He was the sacrificial remedy,
Who gave his life both for the righteous and the enemy.
His history was an unprecedented rarity,
And his death on the cross became extraordinary,
Throughout the centuries."

🎈3. What are three words that you'd describe your writing?

Versatile, Adaptative, Divergent.

🎈4. What is the inspiration behind your poetry/writing?

My inspiration was writing about Jesus and giving Him the glory.

🎈6. What was your favourite part of Versification?

Making all the poems. I was able to step out of my comfort zone and think about how'd I'd correlate the words while talking about Jesus at the same time. It became a fun, and also enlightening experience.

🎈7. If you could meet one poet, dead or alive, who would it be?

William Shakespeare.

🎈8. What style of poetry/writing do you write normally?

I don't have a specific style, and sometimes I write poems into an unorthodox way.

🎈9. What is your favourite poem you've ever written and what inspired it or is the story behind it?

I don't have a favourite, but I use my experiences in life to create my poems. If I were to give one, it'd be The Great Pretender, which is a poem inspired by the song, The Great Pretender by Freddie Mercury. I absolutely love this song and made a poem based off that. I could relate to the lyrics on a deep level and I incorporated into a poem you find your own meaning through the words.

🎈10. Anything you'd like to add or say?

Thank you so much for creating this competition. I was able to draw closer to God, step out of my comfort zone and have fun creating these pieces. It has been a wonderful pleasure.
