“Did you hear what Ryan said about Bella?” a girl behind me asked her friend. The line was barely moving. I was forced to listen to their gossip.

“Are they going to break up again?” the friend asked, though it didn't sound like she cared. I didn't either as I grabbed my tray and started piling it with food, finally tuning out the girls when they moved onto the topic of boys. Everything was the same anyways. There's no point in eavesdropping on something that's talked about every single day. Sometimes I wish something might change, but that never happens.
