"Yumi~~" I groaned as I shifted to another side of the bed. "Yumi~~~~~"

"Stop bugging me..." I lazily moaned.

Minutes later, there was silence. Ahhhhhh, I can rest again now... But that's when I felt something cold pressed up on my leg. Instantly, I jolted from my bed and glared at the culprit.

"What do you want Yuuto?!" I hissed at him.

"Yay! You woke up!" He exclaimed then held the ice cube up in the air. I glared at it and it seemed to melt with my fiery gaze. That's what you get ice-san for waking me up!

"Anyways, prepare since we're going somewhere!" He enthusiastically said.

"And why would I do that?" I deadpanned. "You were the one who woke me up from my sleep!"

"Because Yuki also got you to hang out with you and you owe me a favor." He said nonchalantly.

I groaned and rubbed my eyes. "And why this early?!"

"Because it starts early." He shrugged.

Oh how much I want to flick your forehead right now, Yuuto. I thought.

"Well, you can't." He answered. I sweatdropped.

Nevermind!

"And besides, there's a Kumamon event today!" He exclaimed. "Hurry hurry!"

And a flashback showed...

"Kumamon's very cute, isn't he?!" My younger self said in awe.

"He isn't." Yuuto's younger self bluntly said.

Eh?! That's very mean! I thought. But... Does he really hate Kumamon...? One way to find out.

"Wait here Yuuto-kun, I'll get some water." I said and walked away from his room yet stopped on a door.

Here it goes...!

Yuuto crossed his arms and looked the other way. Some minutes passed, yet he didn't even move an inch. I guess... He doesn't really like---

"Kumamon... You're too cute!!" He then hugged the life-size Kumamon bear and snuggled unto it. He has this cute expression when he hugged it.

"I knew it! I knew you like Kumamon!" I giggled and went out from my hiding spot.

"W-When had you been there?!" He paled.

But I kept on giggling and teased him for an entire week.

The flashback ended and I smiled slightly at the memory.

"What are you smiling about?" He asked. "Prepare now so we won't be miss anything!"

"I can't prepare if you're in my room! Get out!" I pushed him out of my room and began preparing for today.

After that, I went downstairs and saw Yuuto smiling like an idiot. Once he noticed me, he quickly grabbed my hand and quickly dragged me.

"You took too many hours to prepare Yumi-chan!" He scolded while dragging me. "We're gonna be late!"

"But I'm sure that I prepared for only thirty minutes..." I mumbled.

"Well let's go!!" He exclaimed then talked to Yuuma for some time.

I saw Yuuma nod and Yuuto's smile widened. Yuuto dragged me again into some random direction.

~Timeskip~

Well, we arrived there early. Blame Yuuto for waking me up very early. -_-

"Yumi! Look at Kumamon!!" He exclaimed before dragging me into a Kumamon mascot.

"Kumamon~~" He gushed then hugged the Kumamon mascot.

I let him be for some minutes. That was until three minutes had past. I pulled onto his sleeve. He glanced at me questioningly.

"U-Uh Yuuto... Let's go... There are people lining up..." I quietly whispered.

He looked around, and well... There were a lot of people lining up.

"O-Oh... You're right..." He awkwardly said then stopped hugging Kumamon.

"You've got no swaeg." The guy that was behind Yuuto said and hugged Kumamon.

He then showed a very gummy smile. I sweatdropped.

"Let's go to the stuff toys of Kumamon next!" He dragged me again.

Kami-sama... I hope this day ends quickly or else... I thought. But... At least Yuuto's happy... Or else his brother would kill me! >.<

"Look at this Yumi! It's so fluffy..." He then snuggled on a life-size Kumamon. "I'll buy this!"

He stood up and took the life-sized Kumamon to the cashier. He paid the life-sized Kumamon bear and then the cashier put it in a bag. She gave the bag to him, in which Yuuto gladly accepted it. Yuuto then gave the bag to me forcefully.

"Ah--!" I yelped at the sudden weight. "Yuuto...!"

"That's a part of the deal." Yuuto said nonchalantly. "Oh! A Kumamon stall!"

He began to walk to the stall while I slowly followed.

"Yumi! Faster! We don't have all day, and besides, I promised onii-san that we'll be back before six!" He urged.

You're lucky I'm carrying something, or if not...

"You'll do what Yumi-chan?"

I froze. "Did I say that aloud?"

I'm pretty sure I didn't...

"Nope, you didn't." He answered.

"Then how...?"

"Ooh! The prize looks good~!"

"But—"

"Shhh! I need to focus Yumi-chan!"

~~Timeskip~~

"Yuuto... I'm tired... And hungry..." I sluggishly said while holding eight bags filled with Kumamon toys.

Quite unbelievable that I managed to carry them... I thought.

"Hmmm..." He thought. "I guess we'll have a lunch."

"FINALLY!" I exclaimed. It's already 3 and we didn't take any breaks.

I will never ever go with Yuuto again... TT^TT

He dragged me to a –surprise—Kumamon themed fastfood. Luckily, there were only a few people since it's a little bit late so we quickly ordered.

Yuuto did all the talking while I silently stayed at his side.

"Hey there, cutie!" The boy from the counter winked after he got our orders.

I ignored him, because I'm not sure if he's talking to me or not.

"Don't ignore me..." He pouted.

"W-Who, me?" I stuttered.

"Yup!" He exclaimed.

"A-Ah... Thank you..." I nervously spoke.

He then started complimenting me while I kind of got awkward. I didn't notice a pissed of Yuuto beside me.

"Hey, leave her alone." Yuuto spoke quietly.

I shivered. He sounds like some kind of yandere or something...

"Why? Are you her boyfriend?" The boy challenged.

I blushed. What the---

"Yes, why?" Yuuto calmly said.

I am fainting—

"Then can I steal her from you?" Whaaaaatttt?!

"If you do, I'll tell everyone of your darkest secrets..." Yuuto giggled darkly.

The boy gave a questioning glance.

"What---"

"You're a womanizer. You already have a girlfriend, but you keep on flirting with others. You may deeply love her, but you're habit got the best of you." The boy's eyes widened. "Want me to tell the name of your girlfriend? Her name's--"

"Okay stop!" The boy exclaimed and got our orders. "E-Enjoy!"

Yuuto got our orders and we both ate in awkward silence. I awkwardly coughed and he stared at me.

"So... How did you know—"

"I've got my ways." He answered swiftly.

Another awkward silence followed.

"And why did you introduce yourself as my b—"

"He won't leave you alone."

Stop cutting my sentences! Dammit!

"I'm not on the mood." He spoke. My eye twitched.

We finished eating our late lunch. I was about to go back to the Kumamon event place when Yuuto stopped me.

"Let's go now." He dragged me to the exit.

"But I thought you want to buy more—"

"I'm tired. Maybe next time." He waved his hand.

"O-Okay..."

~~Timeskip~~

"So... Why did you drag me in here...?" I asked Yuuto as he stopped on a nearby river.

We are currently near a river with a lot of trees and grasses growing around it. The entire scenery is calming.

"Hey Yumi... Did you remember that this was my favorite place-besides the park- when we were still kids?" He said as he plopped down the ground.

He took a pebble and threw it at the river. The pebble bounced a couple times before sinking down the water.

"Uhhhh..." I blankly spoke.

And then a vision showed.

"I can't do it anymore!" I heard a familiar voice yell.

I ran to the direction of the voice and saw a young Yuuto crying and sobbing at the same spot as where we are now. I crouched down to his level as he was sitting and pat his back.

"Yuuto, what do you—"

"Leave me alone!" He thrashed. "Don't come near me!"

"But—"

"LEAVE ME ALONE!"

I stood my ground and started to comfort him.

"Yuuto-kun... What's wrong?" I repeated.

"... I never wanted this anyway..." He wailed.

"What do you mean?" I softly questioned. He didn't answer.

"Well, if you don't want to talk about it, then it's fine! I might not be able to feel what you feel right now, but I and Yuuma-kun are here for you!"

"Oh... Right... You hadn't remembered..." I snapped back to reality as Yuuto spoke.

"Whenever I'm stressed, I always come here. It's isolated and very calming so I can relax my mind." He explained.

"Oh..." He threw another pebble at the water.

I followed him and throw a pebble at the water. He looked at me curiously. I smiled in return.

"Let's have a contest. The most bounces with only a pebble wins!" I enthusiastically suggested.

"Sure!" He started to throw more pebbles and counted how many bounces each pebble created.

"I got four bounces!"

"Only four? I got five!"

"What?! No fair!"

We started to throw a lot more until we got tired. We both collapsed on the ground with heavy panting.

"That was fun!" I giggled.

"Mhm..." He agreed.

"You're not Yumi, aren't you?"

My heart stopped beating as he uttered those words. Only a question lingered over my mind: How did he know? I nervously breathe; it's just too sudden.

"Wait, what had I been thinking?" He slapped his head. "That's impossible. You're Yumi. You're my childhood friend along with onii-san and the others."

"R-Right..." I nervously agreed.

"Oh, it's almost six! Let's go home now before onii-san scolds me!"

He dragged me back home. But those words still hunted me.

Am I almost caught...?
