" ..hi " I greet smiling softly.

He nods his head in acknowledgment and stares right through the whiteboard.I frown slightly he wasn't being rude well it didn't seem like he was being rude just distant. Like he wasn't really here. 

"Okay class can we please welcome Mrs-"

I walk out of class, heading to my second period without difficulty. Nothing was shared between me and Edward. Not a word. Glance or hum. I was okay with that. I guess.. I don't know something about him was just so intriguing.

I shake my head. I was being stupid. I don't need to get involved with anyone.

I open the doors to my house and walk in my room quietly, I didn't want my father barging in and yelling at me. I quickly change my clothes to something more appropriate for swimming. I shudder at my appearance, I look terrible. I pick up my phone without looking at my reflection and walked out to where my swimming pool awaits. I never take advantage of my parent's wealthiness but this is the only thing I will take. It's the only thing that I feel like I can connect to as cheesy as it sounds.

I plop down to the side of the pool, take a deep breath before diving in. I swim for about 40 minutes before hopping out and getting ready to go to the library. Oh, what I do to stay out of my parent's sight. After all, I am just a complication, dilemma , accident.

Destiny spots me leaving the pool and being the good girl that she is asks me.

"Where are you going ?" 

" The library." I respond bluntly 

" Oh.. Mum and Dad I don't think they would like that " Destiny blurts out staring at her feet.

" Look .. just leave me." I sigh.

" Okay. I'm sorry, really sorry." Destiny cries out.  I stare at her emotionless. A second ticked away and I kinda felt for her she's seen how I've been treated and she obviously doesn't  want the same. She doesn't want to get hurt mentally and physically.

" I need to go " I reply, leaving her.
