The winter winds made me eyes tear up as I ran, hearing chants and excited yells. The snow soaked my sneakers and socks. A circle of girls and boys stood in the field, the ones in the back peering over shoulders, all of them excitedly chattering. I pushed through the people, as they scowled. One muttered, "Your poor little boyfriend is gonna lose." I elbowed him the he gut as I pushed pasted him. As I got to the front, Virgo was beside me. A boy with blonde hair and menacing green eyes. He was standing, one foot on Scorpio's stomach. The boy's jaw was bruised, and his arm was bleeding a little. Scoripo's eyes were dull, his hands clasped on a wound on his knee, and he was slightly bleeding from his mouth and he had a large bruise on his forehead. "Scorpio!" I exclaim. The boy meets my eyes, and smirks. "Oh... him" Virgo mumbles. I blink, wondering what she meant.

The boy walks over to me, his eyes gleaming with power. He opens his mouth to say something witty, but I bring my fist up first, hitting him squarely in the jaw. He steps back, his hands over his chin, and then his eyes widened. Behind him, Scorpio smiles widely, and sits up. I nod to him. The boy frowns. "Ha! Do you always get beaten up by girls?" I remark. He frowns. "Get her, Cody!" A boy yells from the crowd. Leo steps in beside me, a grim expression covering his face. Virgo falls in beside me to, her glasses fogged. I don't know how much help she'll be. Cody steps back. As Leo glares at him. He turns to his crowd. "It's not worth beating them up." He says, taking a glance behind me, where  Aquarius stood. She blinks at him. We turn, and head back. I pause, waiting for Scorpio to limp towards me. I put my hand around his hip, and rest my head on his shoulder.

I sit on a stone, the frost making my pants damp. Below me, a river yowled and rushed by. Scorpio smiled shyly, his hand on my shoulder, pressing me against him. I take in his scent, of nature and..... blood? Eww. The sun went down behind the pine trees. He kisses my forehead quickly. Soon, the stars twinkled above us. I smiled. "I love you.." he muttered. I nod. "And... thanks for that..." He added. I looked up, and rested my forehead against his, so our noses were touching. His dark green eyes twinkled, and he held me close. I closed my eyes and rested my lips on his.
