Duality.

That's what this city is all about.

I'd come to realise that after staying here for 3 months.

It's noisy and chaotic, but adorable.

It's green, yet modern.

It welcomed me with warm breezes, but sometimes shunned me with freezing nights.

It's inclusive, but also exclusive.

Something about it feels distant, but also warm and familiar.

So perfect, yet so flawed.

It's for the adventurous, and for the lost.

For the happy, for the miserable.

It's a place where you can have the time of your life, but still feel so alone in.

A place for you to lose and find yourself.

To forget and remember.

City lights can be stunning, but also blinding at the same time.

Like a person, it has both black and white, and a lot of greys in between.

We just have to learn to love both sides of it and see the beauty in everything.

Because here, I fell in love with myself again.
