A women ran holding onto a child or two. It was unclear in the crisp, cool, nighttime. She looked behind her as her eyes widened with fear as trees began to fall as if they were just slices of paper destined to fall eventually. She ran faster clutching the kid or two to her chest as she ran. She reached a door. She quickly knocked on it.

Her voice echoed through the crisp, cool, night as she spoke these words, "He is coming." Her voice seemed dry and tinted with kindness as she held the children or less to her chest.

The door opened quickly to reveal a palish girl with her hair in a ponytail with dark brown hair with a few curls and bright highlights of purple. She was wearing a white crop top and a pair of jean shorts while sucking on a lollipop. Another girl came to the door, she also had palish skin. Her hair was a light brunette with fading pink highlights from years ago. She had pink circles that looked similar to bubblegum floating by her head. She wore a purple long sleeve shirt and a pair of jeans.

"Mooneyes....you actually came..." the ponytail girl said in a slight humorous way.

"Of course I did. It was my idea to do this.." the women who had been carrying the children said calmly.

"Fluffball....the trees. Let her in." The brunette said softly, concerned in her voice as she looked down at the children. There were three. All boys.

"Come in mooneyes. We'll talk inside." Fluffball said as she stepped away from the door as mooneyes cautiously stepped inside and set the children on a bed upstairs before heading back downstairs to talk.

She talked about how she managed to get the children. She seemed on edge while talking about it and the brunette obviously caught that and went to go and get her some tea.

"Thank you bubbly..." mooneyes said as she drunk her tea calmly seeming to feel better.

"Your welcome.." bubbly said as she sat back down next to Fluffball. When a sudden crash and a cry was heard.

Mooneyes was the first to react as she quickly stood up, feat in her eyes as she dropped her glass and ran upstairs towards the children's room. Fluffball and Bubbly followed after her.

Mooneyes suddenly came to a stop as her eyes widened. There standing over the children was what was chasing her. It was covered in goop if black covering one of there eyes. They turned to face them. Two small souls in their hands.

A sickly grin came to their face, "hello there. God's was it? What kind of gods are you again?" A terrible voice rang out around the room, it sounded male.

"What are you doing here nightmare?! Don't you have a boyfriend to take care of?! Why do you care about three children?!" Fluffball shouted at nightmare.

He laughed, "this child will be cursed. He will be hated by everyone. And then one day he will come looking for me while I welcome him with open arms." He said as looked terrifying to look at as he moved a soul to his other hand. It was black while the one that stayed put was red. He crushed the black soul in an instant causing one of the children to die.

Mooneyes stared at him in fear as he took the other soul and grinned and infused it with the child who wasn't touched. He then left.

Mooneyes fell to the ground as tears were in her eyes, "I basically went to hell and back to get them and only one will survive..." she muttered while bubbly walked over to the children and held the only living child, a skeleton boy.

"We must protect him from his fate." Was all she said before they walked downstairs holding him close.
