Another Day
Today is another day, what will I draw? My fingers begin to move as the tablet lines follow right behind it. My thoughts are pouring onto the tablet and the surroundings start to change to the tablet's landscape.
The clouds release cold white flakes, that dance in the sky like little ballerinas dancing in the clear white sky. Millions of them spinning and shining like never before. The beautiful sky and I am nothing but the audience witnessing the ballet as they reach the flat ground. The once clear ground is covered in the white, soft snow. Covering the ground and all around me like a white sheet. So calm not a sound is made. Peacefull and clear.
The clouds linger with no more snow falling from the sky anymore just watching from above. Mountains rise as they come to life from my tablet. Raising from nothing but a sheet of white. Now the once flat ground full of glorious white filled mountains, piercing the lonely white snow clouds.
My fingers once again draw on the tablet and the red sleigh is given a breath of life into the cold white snow. Appearing from nothing but the tablet's lines of my drawing. The red sleigh flashes before my very eyes: the sliver blades, the rope that guides the sleigh from the bottom up. A sweet red sleigh with worn out red pain just I saw in my drawing, still enchanting me.
I lay my warm body on the cold wood and get settled in the sleigh. My feet pushing the wood at the front of the red sleigh and my cold hands gripping the rope as tight as I can. My light pink eyes are bright like the clear, peaceful undisturbed snow. Shining through the cold fog. My breath freezes in the cold fog, dissipating in the wind.
I trudge through the thick snow, to the top where the clouds kiss the top of the mountains and I can see over all the white untouched snow, with my red sleigh right behind me leaving a cut line through the snow. Along with my unfamiliar footprints.
The red sleigh tips unsure what I am going to do. I sit onto the wood and grip the rope, ready for me to slide down the face of the mountain.
As the sleigh tips down the mountain cutting through the think once peaceful snow, racing down with the cold aging on my face. My heart beating faster as I breathe into the cold wind dashing into my face and hair. My hair flowing in the cool air like a flag against the icy wind. My red sleigh races down, slicing almost like a knife slicing through it.
When I reach the bottom it all slows down. Even if the icy wind still hounds, My hair isn't flowing like before. My heart is slowing the pounding for the once speed. The excitement is over.
I begin to erase the mountains; the red sleigh and the once dancing snow. They vanish into the unknown, no longer alive in this world. The icy wind dies with a simple erase of the tablet and now join the mountains disappearance. Everything is erased into nothing.
I think that's enough for me today. Back in the room where I sleep, always there waiting for me after I am done drawing a new world on my tablet.
I set aside my tablet and walk barefoot to the pinkish bed moving aside my stuffed animals, laying on the bed covering myself with the sheets and blankets. I settle in the soft sheets shuts my eyes, my mind already falling into a deep sleep.
Another day here in this world.
