Brooke was secretly planning on tricking the alien robot into surrendering. She really was going to fight for her little sister. Her eyes were still closed. She felt calm knowing what she'll do. She felt bad if Pat was left alone. Though she didn't want Pat to die. When he was about to transform his hand to a gun, Brooke opened her eyes and punched the robot, surprising him. 

22-20 glared and attacked too. This fight went on for minutes on end. The minutes felt like hours to them. Minutes turned to hours. Hours turned into the sun setting until night appeared. 22-20 wasn't damaged at all. He was a newer model that his creator invented the day when he and others were created at the time. 

Brooke felt herself becoming tired, but she didn't show it. She wanted to stay strong for Pat. She just wished and hoped that Pat would be safe, no matter what happened to her. Brooke felt something hit her hard as she slammed into a wall next to her sister. She fell down, knockout cold.

Pat tried to wake her up, but it was no use. She gasped in horror as their opponent came walking slowly towards them. 

He gave her a smirk in reply as he transformed his right hand into a gun. He aimed it at Pat, ready to fire. Though something strange happened as he did just that. He felt like he couldn't kill her. He knocked her out cold  too. It was easier than dealing with this strange thing he felt. He didn't even have emotions, and he wondered why he couldn't kill them. He pushed the feeling away, ignoring it. 

He put his arm down, gun still in hand. He was thinking if he should kill these humans or not. "Why is this such a hard decsion to choose? I should not even have this problem!" He spoke outloud to himself, frustrated with himself. He then smirked knowing this will work, "I shall terminate them when they awake again. Then I won't have to deal with this anymore." 

He waited until they woke up, that's when he pointed a gun at Brooke when she woke up after Pat.
