"We're here!" Jennifer's shrill voice caused me to wince.
I looked up to see Troy doing the same, causing us to both laugh.
"Where is here exactly?" I asked, looking out the window. We had parked outside a small forest.
"You'll see." Brianna turned around in her seat to shoot me a wink.
I looked at Troy for help, but he just grinned and shook his head.
Soon, we all piled out of the car. Rory, Alex and Vince all started taking stuff out from the back of the car.
There was a cooler and a lot of bags. It was really nice and sunny out. But I still had no clue why we were going into the forest.
Then we started our journey into the forest.
"Don't worry, it's not too far from here now." Troy said.
He was right, after around ten minutes of us all walking through the beautiful forest, we came to a clearing which was absolutely breathtaking.
There was a small lake in front of us, with a long dock leading into it. Trees and grass surrounded the lake and the sun shining down on the water made it shimmer.
"It's beautiful." I breathed out.
"Yes it is." Troy smiled at me, before taking my hand and leading me down to where everyone had dropped there stuff. "Now come on, we have lots of swimming to do."
I looked up at Troy in surprise. "But I didn't bring a bathing suit." I frowned.
"It's okay, I brought some extra bikinis." Brianna smiled up at me.
I held back a shudder from the word bikini.
I had never worn one, and nor did I want to.
But I couldn't refuse. I wasn't going to portray myself as a clueless outsider and make them more suspicious of me. No, I was visiting Drew and his family for a vacation, and I was a fun loving regular girl.
Only there was one problem.
"Er, Troy?" I asked, tugging on his hand which was still in mine.
"What is it?" He asked, looking down at me.
"I don't know how to swim..." I trailed off.
Troy's eyes widened in surprise, before he replaced his shocked expression with a smile. "That's alright. I can teach you." He grinned.
I laughed. "But I don't want to die."
"Hey, I won't let you drown. I promise." He spoke sincerely, his eyes intensely staring into mine. "Plus, you're gonna be in a bikini, so it'll be hard to stay away from you anyways." He winked, breaking the moment and causing me to laugh, smacking his chest.
"Perv."
"You like it." He winked back.
"Stop winking at me." I said.
He nodded back, before shooting me one last wink and then running over to where Rory, Alex, Drew and Vince were all setting up a blanket and putting the cooler and towels on it.
I walked over to where Brianna and Jennifer were.
"Hey, I think this should fit you." Brianna smiled, handing me a red two piece along with a towel.
"You don't have any one pieces?" I asked, biting my lip.
"No, sorry honey. But you should be fine with a two piece, you've got the body to flaunt it." Brianna winked at me, causing me to laugh, my cheeks tinting slightly pink.
"You can change back behind that tree there." Jennifer pointed over to a large tree well away from us. "We already have ours on underneath already."
I nodded and thanked them, before making my way there and quickly changing.
Once I was done, I wrapped the towel around me and walked back over to everyone.
"Aw come on, where's the fun if you're gonna wear a towel." Troy whined as soon as I made it back to where everyone was now in their swimwear.
"Shut up." I rolled my eyes at him. I also noticed Troy had quite a nice body. He was slightly tan and slender and had a hint of a six pack, which still looked pretty hot.
Rory, Alex and Vince were all also very well built. Then I noticed how Drew still had his shirt on. My mind flashed back to last night when he had come in all beaten and bruised, and realized he wouldn't want to alarm everyone. But it also made me wonder why he hadn't told his friends. And more specifically, his girlfriend.
"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Alex yelled, standing up and sprinting to the water and jumping in, laughing like a complete maniac.
Vince was next to follow, and then Rory who was dragging a screaming Brianna with him.
I laughed at all of them, then turned to see Jennifer looking up at Drew with a pout.
"Come on baby, it'll be fun. The water's nice today." She said, running a hand down his chest.
Drew grabbed her hand to stop it and looked her dead in the eyes. "I already said no, just leave it."
Jennifer huffed angrily, before getting up and stomping to go in the water.
Then Drew caught my gaze and just stared at me. He opened his mouth as if to speak, but Troy cut him off.
"You coming princess?" He asked, sticking an arm out in front of me to take.
"I guess. But if I die-"
"You won't! Now come on!" He jumped, reminding me of a five year old.
I laughed, then took his hand and he hoisted me up.
I undid my towel hesitantly, and let it fall to the grass.
My eye caught Drew's again, only to see him staring at me intensely. Now I felt even more vulnerable.
"Holy shit." Troy breathed out, causing me to look up at him.
"You're breathtaking. There's no reason for you to be shy." Troy said genuinely, erasing all my doubts and causing a smile to grace me lips.
Then he grabbed my hand and ran, dragging me with him to the water.
Just when we reached the end of the dock, Troy stopped and turned to look at me. "I won't let go of your hand, I got you."
Then we jumped together.
