Today in band why Bradshaw wasn't at the game. It was because the news people came and wanted to put him on the news. Not for any special reasons, but because he was partially deaf before his surgery.

None of us understood why they wanted to other than they wanted to share good news to the world.

After school I went to the band room to pick up an excused paper for tomorrow because when AIP is supposed to be happening, we are gonna have a Spirit Week assembly which the band gets to play the school song. The reason why I need the paper is so I can be excused in my 5th period tomorrow so I could go to the band room to get ready. I'm so happy I get to miss some of that class. It's my health class.

After that, Nate and I went to Writers Club.

We got to write prompts that we were given.

Nate turned to me then spoke, "Jana. I don't really feel that good and I was gonna call my mom to take me home."

"Oh, ok." I said calmly, understanding.

"Should I tell her that I'm leaving when she comes this way?" He was referring to my friend Lexi. Which she was the leader of this club this year. It washer last year at this school too.

"Sure." I nod agreeing. Letting him do whatever he wanted to do.

As she came to us and have us our prompts, which I was handed Batman, Nate told her.

"I'm not feeling way too well. I was gonna go call my mom to go take me home. Is that alright?"

She nodded, speaking in her kind voice, smiling, "Ya that's fine. Glad you could come."

He nodded, "Ya."

I then asked her as Nate said bye and I said bye back, "What do we write in the prompts again? Sorry..." I apologized immediately after feeling bad for asking.

She explained to me what it was. Which was technically just writing a poem.

I nodded smiling, "Oh ok. Thanks."

Then I started thinking of a happy poem with the word Batman.

She left as she was talking about the prompts.
