Today was Saturday. I had woken up at around 8 something, went on my iPod for a bit, then went back to bed at 9 something. I was extremely exhausted from last night. I stayed up at midnight just to finish up my homework.

I woke up again at around 9 something, still exhausted. As I walked out of the hall, I saw my mom in the kitchen. I decided to go where she was.

She smiled at me as she saw me, "Good morning, Jana."

I smiled back, tiredly, "Good morning."

My mom and I went to go weigh me in her bathroom. I'm not a skinny person either. I'm literally overweight of what I'm supposed to be. And I'm not talking about of being model thin, but the actual weight size I'm supposed to be. Which is just normal skinny. My mom told me I had lost a pound. I weighed 231 now I weigh 230.

We went to go exercise on the treadmill next. It had been sometime since I used the treadmill. So my mom told me I could do 25 minutes for not. Not knowing if I could go that long with my exhaustion, I did anyways.

My mom was encouraging me along the way. Too many times I kept yawning and felt like my body would just stop and fall. But I kept going. After I had finished 25 minutes, my mom went to go make my chocolate shake.

It was made with some lead thing that I forgot what was called, this chocolate protein mix thing that actually worked and helped you lose weight right after you exercise. If you didn't drink it from more than 10 minutes, it wouldn't work. It's my favorite shake mostly because it tastes like chocolate.

Some time after that, my brother and I went to go help my grandma in her yard. My mom didn't come since she needed to work in the yard at our house.

My grandma worked on the side of the house were there was a dirt path to try to clean it up as much as she could. My brother worked in the backyard and around it. I worked in the orchard and picked up leaves, branches, and small pieces of the tree that was growing too tall and they had to cut down.

We worked for sometime until o saw my grandpa come outside (Most likely from his nap that he had taken.) And came to help cut down some branches on the orchard with that long saw thing.
