~Nova's POV~

It was early in the morning. I could tell by the alarm the people at the orphanage set for me. I slowly opened my eyes not wanting to get up.

To everyone at the orphanage I am just a slave that everyone can abuse. I have to get up at ungodly hours just to do everyone's chores.

I looked at the small alarm clock beside my bed and it read 3:30am. I moved my brown hair out from my hazel eyes and slowly got up out of bed.

But today is going to be different. I am going to Mt. Ebott today because the legend states that those who go there never return. I don't want to ever return.

I slowly got dressed putting on my purple sweater with red stripes and pulled up my skinny jeans. I walked out not making a peep and started on my journey to Mt. Ebott.

~Time Skip~

I looked up at the looming Mountain above me. This was the mountain that us humans forced the Monsters into. But it is also the mountain that the young person Chara fell down and was killed.

I walked up to where the huge hole which looks bottomless. As I looked down the hole sent chills up my spine which allows me to realize I don't want to this.

I turn around only to hear this loud cracking noise. To see that the leafy rock I am standing on has broken and before I can even make a sound I fall down to the unknown world below.
