"I hate you!" She yelled at the top of her lungs at him. She immediately ran away from him after she spoke.

He started chasing her, "Wait!"

She kept running, not wanting to stop. The anger built inside of her chest, soon filling her whole entire body.

"Leave me alone!" She kept on running, until she thought she had outrun him. She thought she was safe until she heard footsteps approaching her closer and closer.

"Crystal, I can explain." He spoke using that innocent voice that he would use to her. That calm, innocent voice. That innocent voice that he used was the voice of a liar. He wanted people to believe that he didn't do anything wrong. That he was the good guy. That's what innocent meant for her when she saw him. When she saw Eli.

Crystal rolled her eyes at Eli, "You can explain." She repeated what he said back in a annoyed, sarcastic voice. "Of course you can." Her voice slowly raised more, though she did her best to keep her temper down. "Explain to me why you did that. Why you say things and do the opposite of what you say. Explain how you thought it was funny to just act I'm an idiot not knowing that you lied, and betrayed me AND our team."

"I did it for you. I betrayed you all to help YOU." He said getting angry himself.

She laughed bitterly, "Well I guess it was different of what you've expected now, huh?" She then glared at him, "You act all normal about this. Why? Why did you lie about your name being Eli when it was really Derrick? You lied about everything. Though it's your choice," she shrugged. "You can continue with your worthless life, or you can become someone who matters."
