It's been a few weeks, since my father corrupted my soul. My wolf talks to me constantly explaining a lot of things and it's times like this I really miss my mother. Today is Friday, I have to go back to school, people noticed my absence. I pulled out some dark jeans, a black tanktop, and black DCs. My face and body are still bruised, after I finished covering up my bruises, when I heard a grey footfalls stomping towards my door. I began to back away from the door, as my father threw the door open. I began to shake in fear, he looked pissed.

"S-sir what's w-wrong?" I asked my voice shaking.

He moved before I saw him raise his hand an back handed. I flew across the room slamming into a wall. " You little bitch, how dare you talk to me after everything you've done!" He snarled.

Tears began to cascade down my cheeks." I-I haven't d-done anything s-sir." I whimpered.

"Yes you have." In seconds he was in front of me, he kicked in the ribs, breaking a few, slamming into the wall again. " Charlotte is pregnant, but she left me because of you little fucking bitch!"

He punched me in the face successfully breaking my nose. I bit my lip to keep from screaming. He kicked me again breaking more ribs and my right shoulder as my body slammed into the wall again. Then I saw her, the most amazing woman ever, Charlotte.

"What the fuck is going on here?" She asked.

My dad froze, all the color draining from his face. He turned quickly to look at Charlotte. " Nothing, dear." He lied.

Charlotte marched up to my dads six foot frame with her five foot four frame and grabbed his jaw.

"Don't make me repeat myself." She growled in his face.

"She disobeyed me." He lied again.

I slowly got up to my feet and while they were distracted I ran out the house, trying to get away, as far as possible. I saw a car pulling up outside my house. I pushed myself to go even faster. I heard my father shouting after me.

"Athena! Come back here right now!" He yelled angerly.

"Athena! Sweetie please we need to talk to you!" Charlotte yelled as well.

Then I heard heavy footfalls following me. I began to panic, and turned sharply but a sickeningly loud crack filled the quite morning and I fell onto the concrete hard. A man appeared over me, looking worried, he was saying something I couldn't hear. He had mesmerizing sapphire blue eyes and short brown hair. Then he lifted his hand and I began to try to scoot away from him, but the pain was too much , I blacked out.

**** Unknown P.O.V.****

I am on my way to make a treaty with Alpha and Luna Anderson. They live on the quieter side of town. I had just parked my car and gotten out when i heard Alpha Anderson yelling after someone. I looked to my right to see the back of the retreating figure, they glanced back frightfully, it was a young girl. Luna Charlotte yelled after her as well.

"Athena! Sweetie please we need to talk to you!" She was almost in tears as the Athena ran faster.

I ran after Athena's retreating figure, suddenly catching wind of the most amazing scent that had my wolf Jasper going crazy, it was like roses and chocolate. I heard a loud crack and snapped back to reality in time to see her start to fall I rushed to catch her, but she collapsed onto the ground before i got to her.

" Athena? Are you okay? WAIT- WHO THE FUCK HURT YOU?!" I asked taking in all of her injures including her bloody and broken nose.

She just stared at me with her beautiful ice-blue eyes, her long black hair began to fall away from her face revealing bruises and cuts that marred her slightly tanned skin. I raised my hand to examine her nose, her eyes widened in fear and she tries to scoot away from me but blacks out.

****Athena's P.O.V****

The man that hand run after me was cradling me to his chest and I felt waves of shocks travel throughout my body wherever our bodies touched. ' Oh.. No! He's my mate!' I thought.

'I know isn't he wonderful?' My wolf, Rain, yipped happily.

' NO! I don't want him! He's going to hurt us. They all do.' I sighed sadly.

'No he won't. He'll love us.' she yipped.

' I'm sorry.' I whispered before blocking her out.

" Get away from me!" I tired to scramble backwards.

He looked hurt and shocked, I began to get to my feet when a crippling pain shot up my leg and i came crashing down once again. He caught me, shocks radiated throughout my body again.

"Please! Don't hurt me!" I cringed away from him.

"I'm sorry I scared.. Wait- WHAT?" He asked shocked, his voice raisning slightly.

I cringed curling into myself shaking in fear and I began to whimper. "P-ple-e-eas-s-s-se d-d-don-n-nt h-h-hur-r-rt m-m-me." I began crying.

"Shit. Don't cry. It's okay. Hey. Hey! Look at me. Who hurt you?" He asked gently and pulled me into his arms.

"I-I-I-I can-n-t" I cried.

"Yes you can. Tell me honey. I'll protect you no matter what." He promised.

"M-m-my father." I cried.

**** Unknown P.O.V****

After Athena woke up she was very terrified. She sat quietly for several minutes. Her eyes were blank then suddenly focused on me and widen.

"Get away from m!" She tried to scramble backwards in fear.

I felt like she was rejecting me that hurt and I was shocked by her sudden change in attitude. I was lost in thought and didn't notice when she tried to stand but I saw her collapse and I caught her. I relaxed as the shocks ran up my arms, traveling all over, soothing the pain.

"Please don't hurt me!" She cringed away from me and I winced a little.

I wasn't paying attention."I'm sorry I scared.. Wait- WHAT?" I asked finally realizing what she just said, my voice raising with shock.

She cringed again. curling into herself, shaking and whimpering"P-ple-e-eas-s-s-se d-d-don-n-nt h-h-hur-r-rt m-m-me." She began to cry and it broke my heart, I had to comfort her.

"Shit. Don't cry. It's okay. Hey. Hey! Look at me. Who hurt you?" I kept my voice gentle and pulled her closer offering her comfort.

I noticed she was very skiddish,like an abused animal. If I move to fast or raise my voice in the slightest she'd cringe as if waiting for the impact. I need to know who did this to her, and make them pay for hurting my princess.

"I-I-I-I can-n-t" She cried and wrpped her hand unconsciously in my shirt, curling into mu body more as well.

I needed her to tell me, I needed to know.""Yes you can. Tell me honey. I'll protect you." I promised hopefully.

She sniffled slightly and closed her eyes." M-m-my father."She began to bawl and clutched my shirt tighter.

I was completely shocked, I had to figure this all out." W-who is your father?" I clutched her to my chest, "What is your full name?"

"A-Athena-" She began before she was ripped out of my arms and thrown roughly into a tree.

I turned to see who did it ans saw Alpha Anderson. I was pissed, I growled angerly.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" I growled.

"We really need this treaty and I won't let that little bitch my mate died for by giving her life for our worthless daughter." He glared at her limp form.

"Well you can forget about that treaty and about your daughter. She is my mate and she is coming with me." I growled.

"Alpha Seko, please wait." Luna Anderson ran over to us.

"No pack her clothing and belongings and if you come near my mate or step foot onto my land you will slaughtered." I snapped, an evil smirk appeared on Alpha Anderson's face.

"Jeremiah, stop right now. Me and the boy need you." She pleads as I pick Athena up.

"B-b-b-boy?" He gasped and tears filled his eyes.

I locked up my Corvette, hoping my mate wouldn't wake up while I was gone and freak out. I went into the house and followed her scent to a plain wooden door. I packed her clothes, blankets, and other items, then left shutting the door behind me. I walked out the front door and put her belongings into my trunk.

Suddenly, my phone started ringing and I noticed it was Jhon my Beta, I answered immediately."What's wrong?" I asked worriedly.

" Marissa lied." He stated in a robotic voice.

"What do you mean?" I growled.

"The baby... it's not yours... she lied." He sighed.

Oh thank god, my mate." What?" I asked in shock unable to stop the smile that spread across my face.

"It was Jame's baby" He said quickly.

" Call the wedding off. I'm sorry for you finding this terrible news, but I have some good news." I stated happily.

"Carter you're not mad? And what good news?" He asked worriedly.

" No I'm relived because I found my mate finally." I looked over at her and grabbed her hand hoping she'd be okay." Bad news, she was abused and I need the pack doctor to be waiting for me to arrive. She is unconscious right now."

" Oh god. Yes okay. Kimberly!" Jhon shouted.

" Oh and before i forget kick Marisa and Jame's out for disrespecting my authority. I gotta go so i can drive see you soon bye." I hung up and stepped on the gas, hoping I would get there in enough time.
