Skincare hay còn gọi là chăm sóc da là chu trình bắt buộc phải làm mỗi ngày nếu bạn muốn có một làn da khỏe đẹp.Thay vì makeup thì mình chú trọng việc chăm sóc da hơn. Bài viết này mình sẽ giới thiệu với mọi người các bước chăm sóc da của mình và các sản phẩm mà mình từng sử dụng.Lưu ý:-Da mỗi người mỗi khác nên một sản phẩm có thể tốt với mình nhưng chưa chắc đã tốt với các bạn và có thể là ngược lại nhé.-Các sản phẩm chăm sóc da không giống như quần áo hay giày dép, tuyệt đối không được dùng hàng fake, hàng kém chất lượng và không rõ nguồn gốc xuất sứ. Chúng ta chi tiền để làm đẹp, đừng vì ham rẻ, tiết kiệm một hai đồng mà làm tổn hại nàn da của mình.-Da của mình là da nhạy cảm, đang trong quá trình trị mụn, sẹo mụn và thâm mụn. What are the two main categories of skin lesions? There are more than 1400 skin diseases. Yet, only 30 are important, common, and worth knowing. The first step toward their recognition is the separation of primary from secondary lesions (Table 3-1). • Primary lesions result only from disease and have not been changed by additional events (such as trauma, scratching, or medical treatment; see Table 3-1). To better identity primary lesions, pay attention to their colors, shape, arrangement, and distribution. • Secondary lesions instead have been altered by outside manipulation, medical treatment, or their own natural course. 2. What are the major primary lesions? • Hanel's: Flat, nonpalpable, circumscribed areas of discoloration cm in diameter. Typical macules are the familiar freckles. • Patches: flat, nonpalpable areas of skin discoloration >0.5 cm in diameter (i.e., a large macula).
