One sentence paragraphs are no good. They way I was taught to read is: after every period there is a pause and after every parargraph there's a pause. I cant be pausing every two seconds just to read the reply or the next action of a character. Of you're not sure how to put them together. Take note from other books right here on wattpad. There are many that are very well written (not that yours isn't). We all learn to write by reading. Reading more books can improve your own writing skills.

The whole chapter cant just be one paragraph either. New subject = new paragraph. If characters are communicating online, text, email etc. That's when you need one liners. I'm a quick reader and I'm pretty sure I have undiagnosed ADD. And when I'm Reading this one run-on sentence it makes me want to throw my computer or whatever reading device. And go to sleep after. It doesn't keep your reader interested. Of course some people can ignore that. But I'm an avid reader I cant ignore it at all. Remeber wattpad posts per chapter.  not per page.

I was reading another self-help for writers book. And they said 'always write your best you never know who's reading and scouting your books'. Someone could be looking for a book investment always try your best.
