Kelli's POV

I lay in the hospital bed looking over at my babies that lay in their little bed. I'm so happy that they are here, even after all the pain I couldn't take anything back.

I look over at Jason who is sleeping next to me in the bed, his arm wrapped around my waist, carful not to hurt me. It took me forever to convince him to fall asleep, he wanted to either look after the babies to make sure they are safe, or stay up to make sure I wasn't in pain. Of course I was in pain but I wouldn't tell him that because I don't want him to worry.

I look at the clock on the wall to see that is 7:27 am, I have only been asleep for about an hour after i had the babies but I have been up ever since. I know that it's not use to go back to sleep because in 30 minutes the visitors are allowed to come and see us, so I have to be awake for that.

Just then one for the babies started to cry, i look down to see that it was Sophia. Jason pops up out of bed and rushes over to her. Picking her up making sure nothing happened to her.

"Is she ok?" He asks me with crazy worried eyes. I laugh and nod, holding my arms out for her.

"She is just hungry" I say. He nods and hands her over to me, I breast feed her but not Adrian because he doesn't hook on. I place Sophia where she needed to be and she hooked on right away. It was a very weird feeling because Melanie never breast fed.

"They are so beautiful" Jason says rubbing Adrian's little head, I smile and nod.

"She has your eyes" I say looking down at Sophia who looks up at me, her little finger wraps around my pinky. I smile and my heart warms up.

"He has your nose, she does to" Jason says looking down at my little baby boy sleeping. Just then Adrian started to cry, Jason picked him up and grabbed a bottle that the nurse had made for him. He started to feed him as Sophia ended.

I carefully put the rag on my shoulder and put her up she I could burp her, I make sure I do it super carful because she is only a few hours old. After she burps Jason starts to do the same with Adrian.

After they were all done they both went back to sleep. There was a knock at the door, I expected to see a nurse but I saw Mel's little head pop around the corner.

"Come in Mel bug, we want you to meet some people" Jason says walking over to her, picking her up. I see the gang, Pattie and my parents all walk into the room. Good thing with we got the biggest room they had.

"Aww day cute!" Melanie says looking down at the babies. Everyone laughs and walks about to see the babies, my mom comes over and hugs me and so does my dad.

"They are beautiful" Pattie says looking at Jason the at me.

"Tan i hold dem mama?" Melanie asks looking at me. I nod and place her on my lap. Jason hands Adrian over to us, placing him in Mel's arms but I do most of the holding, she leans down and kisses his head, making him open his eyes. She waves at him the kisses his nose.

"Otay, ext baby peas!" She says trying to hand Adrian over, Jason laughs and picks up Adrian, handing him to Pattie before picking up Sophia handing her to Mel. She kisses her and does the same thing she did to Adrian.

After a couple hours of everyone passing around the babies, the nurse came in as said that I could go home. At this point the only people at the hospital with Jason and I are Fredo, Derek and Maegan. They helped us get the babies in their seats, Maegan helped me shower and get dresses. I wore some baggy sweatpants and one of Jason's shirts, everything still hurt like hell.

Jason signed us out and we all got in the car. Derek, Maegan and Fredo drove behind us all the way back home.

"Are you ok?" Jason says running his thumb over my knuckles. I look over and nod.

"Just sore but I'll be ok" I say smiling. He nods and kissing my hand. We soon pull into the garage and Jason runs around helping me out before getting Adrian out as I got Sophia.

We walk into the house to see everyone standing there will balloons and banners saying 'Welcome home' and 'it's a girl and boy!' I smile at everyone, and thank them for doing this.

"This is so nice of you guys" I say rocking Adrian to sleep, Pattie sits next to me with Sophia, doing the same.

"Well you thought that you might like it" Pattie says. I smile and watch as everyone has cake. Once I notice that Adrian was asleep i tried to get up to take them to bed but Jason hurries up and grabs him, taking him up the stairs.

"He is so happy now, not that he wasn't before but now he is even more happy" Pattie says rocking Sophia who is still not asleep.

"Yea, he has waited so long for this" I smile as he comes downs the stairs, over to us taking Sophia from Pattie before walking up to the babies room. I make sure that the baby monitor is on once he comes down.

"Ok everyone, I would like you to meet someone" Pattie says standing up, walking over to the front door. Once the door is open I see a very tall, buff man standing there. He walks into the house and wraps is arms around Pattie. Justin, Derek and Jason all hop up walking over to him.

"This is my boyfriend, Dom Sanders" Pattie says smiling up at the man, who is probably a whole foot taller then her. The boys all stand there looking at him, Sanders, where have I heard that name before.

"Nice to meet you" Dom says looking at everyone around the room, the boys nod while everyone waves at him.

"These are my sons, Jason, Derek and Justin. That over there is Jason's wife Kelli and Melanie their daughter" Pattie says pointing over at us. We wave and she goes on telling Dom who everyone is, but I stared at him the whole time, it's like I have seen him before, and the name Sanders i- oh god I know where I have heard it.

"Boss" I stand up looking at him. I know it's not Boss because I saw Boss get shot in the head right in front of me, but the name Sanders was Boss's last night. Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy, I walk over to him.

"Boss, you look like him and you have the same last name" I say getting closer. A look of pain flashes in his eyes before they go back to normal.

"How do you know him?" He ask almost getting mad. Jason steps up so he is right beside me.

"He was our leader before he died. I was right there when it happened" I say looking away shaking off the memory.

"How can I know that's true?" He ask not sure about me. I lift up my wrist and show him my 'NS' tattoo with stands for North Side, the name of Boss's gang. Just then Justin lifts up his shirt, showing his back to show his North Side tattoo as well, and Jason does the same. Dom looks at all of us then back at me.

"Did his killer get away?" He ask, pain in his eyes returning. Pattie hugs him and he runs his hands up and down her back.

"No, I shot her before Boss's body hit the ground" I say with full confidence. He nods and thanks me.

After that Dom gets to know the boys and the party come to an end but everyone stays, getting to know Dom. I go away every once in a while to feed the babies or to out Mel down for her nap.

Hours later after everyone had finally left and the babies just went down and so did Mel, Jason and I where getting ready for bed.

"So how did you know that it was Boss's brother?" Jason asks pulling his shirt off. I shrugged even though he can't see me before his back is to me. I walk into the bathroom and put my sweat pants on and wash my face.

"He looked like I have seen him somewhere and then the name." I say walking out of the bathroom. Jason was laying in bed, he opened his arms for me, I crawl into them and sigh.

"Still sore" Jason asks running his hands up and down my side. I nod and let out a groan, having a baby is one for the worse pains ever

"But it's worth it" i say with a smile. He nods and kisses my head.

"I can't wait for baby number four" he says after a second. I give him a look and shake my head.

"Hell no, I think three is enough" i say. He laughs and shakes his head.

"We'll have another one soon" he says. I laugh and cuddle into his chest.

"You just want to do the process of making them" I say with a laugh.

"Hell yes" he says, which causes both of us to laugh. After a minute i began to fall asleep knowing that I will definitely need it.

Ok so drama in the next chapter! Not a lot but it is just enough to get the ball rolling.
