"Welcome to your new home!" John says when the elevator doors open.
" Wow! " my mother and I gasp in awe.
The first thing in noticed when the doors open was the view of the city, the huge window wall provided. The living room was the first thing you entered when the doors open. It was big and very modern. The two main colors shown were white and gray. The floor was wooden, and so were the coffee tables.
" Do you guys like it? " John ask signaling us to follow him off the elevator.
" Of course" my mom says grabbing his hand.
" let me give you guys a tour." John says leading us around the house.
He showed us the kitchen, dinning room, bathrooms, offices, and bedrooms. My room is huge. The walls are colored little pink, bed has boxed frame, the back wall is also a window showing a view of the city, has its own bathroom, and best of all a walk in closet filled with a whole new wardrobe so not much unpacking to do as well. Then John leads us to be roof where a green house garden and a built in swimming pool can be found. My mother and I are completely shocked by this point. John chuckels at our reactions and hugs us in a group hug.
" I'm really glad you guys like it" he says kissing my moms forehead.
"It's amazing " I say separating from the now kissing couple. " I'm go back to my new room to unpack okay...  Bye" I say leaving the roof.
As I walk down the hallway, I could hear Justin coming. I quickly look down trying to avoid any eye contact or conversation, when I bump into to someone.
I quickly sigh to myself, and apologize without looking up,
" Sorry "
" It's okay" says a voice. I quickly look up realizing that it wasn't Justin I bumped into. Instead it was a boy around my age. He's lean, tall, his muscles are no secret,  his hair is a very dark shade of brown, blue eyes, and sharp facial and body features. He looks down at me with a confused smile.
" You're Mia right? " he ask looking at me from head to toe.
" Yes and you are? " I ask.
" He is not your level and he's leaving." Justin interrupts pulling the boy away from me.
" Umm okay?" I say raising a brow.
" Dude chill, she's your new sis you gotta be nice to her" he says pulling his arm away from him. " I'm sorry about him,  I'm Dylan." he says holding out his hand with a smile, so I shake his hand.
" Well it was nice to meet you, but I got to unpack so yeah. " I say releasing my hand and walk away. Before I enter my room I hear a little bit of Justin and Dylan's  conversation.
" Well she's something alright, no girl I've met just left me hanging." Dylan says.
" She's just rude, and thinks she's all that cause she's from the country." Justin replies
" Eh whatever you say, but I'm hungry let's go to Joe's house already." Dylan says ending the conversation.
   I shake my head and sigh. Justin thinks I'm rude? Ha look who's talking. I walk in my room and close the door. I walk to the window wall and look at the view. I smile to myself. This is a fresh new start, and so far it's good. I mean a good looking boy just noticed me so congrats to that. Also this pent house is huge.  I turn away from the window and grab my suitcases and go to the walk in closet. I began to unpack, and put away my stuff nicely. When I'm finish, I look at my phone to see that it's 10pm. I yawn and head for my bed.
   My eyes slowly began to close, when I hear a knock on my door. I get up thinking it my parents going to stay good night, but I'm wrong. Instead it's Justin, I sigh to myself. What does he want, to ruin my good mood?
" How can I help you? " I ask as politely as possible.
" Gez I was just here to apologize for being an asshole no need to be a grouch." he says folding his arms.
" Sorry I was sleeping " I say then my eyes widened at the words he said, " Wait what your apologizing?" I ask shocked.
" Yes, but don't get too use to it got it? " he asked
" Yeah, but does this mean that it's okay if people find out that we are step siblings? " I ask.
" Yeah sure I don't really care, but don't go around bragging to everyone that your siblings with the one and only Justin Scott." he says with a smirk.
" Ha in your dreams, speaking of dreams I got to get back to mine so good night." I say.
" Let me guess it's about Dylan?" he says with the smirk still on his face.
" Who's Dylan? " I ask, but then remember, " Oohhh ... No. " I say
Justin chuckels, " Dang that's all bad. How can you forget one of the most popular kids in school besides me? " he ask.
" I don't know probably because I'm never been to your school duh. " I say shaking my head.
" Point there anyways goodnight" he says leaving to his room across the hall.
I close my door and smile to myself this day is officially great. I don't have to deal with such an asshole bother anymore. I walk to my bed and go back to sleep.
