Ever since Ambercloud had become his mentor Coldpaw had become active again. He would go hunting, he would properly eat and drink. He wouldn't talk much still since it was a rather rapid change. Coldpaw was still a hulking tom and his gaze still left fear in his clanmates but they all tried to look past it and treat him as a clanmate again.
At first Coldpaw was resistent with taking his assessment but had eventually gotten over his fear to end up like Dapplepaw.
He had returned successful of course and was now seated under Sandstar.
"Coldpaw, I know you have endured much suffering, but you have picked yourself back up and put all your broken fragments back together. You have risen again as a new cat of this clan. From this day forth you shall forever be known as Coldeyes." Sandstar announced.
Coldeyes smiled gently at the older tom and nodded his thanks.
"Coldeyes! Coldeyes!" The clan cheered for him. The white tom looked over Ambercloud and they shared a smile.
"Now go and start your vigil as a new warrior." Sandstar chuckled, dissmissing the clan. Coldeyes did as he was told, the rule of staying silent wasnt hard for him and guarding the entrance wouldnt be either.
