Sparrowstep padded up to Brokenwish. "I know you saw me with Flickerpaw...but..I-I love her.." he mewed,blinking slowly and walking into the forest. Brokenwish knew he was going to see her again,so she followed him into the forest.

Sparrowstep's P.O.V

When he approached the Ghostclan border,he called softly "Flickerpaw?" There was a crunch of leaves and not one but five cats came into view,with Flickerpaw among them. She watched Sparrowstep,looking surprised. Stonefoot growled. "Why are you here? Are there any more of you?"

"No." Sparrowstep replied. "Uh..you guys go get backup. I'll stay here to make sure no more are hiding." Flickerpaw said. Stonefoot studied the flame she cat and padded away,motioning for the others to follow.

As soon as they were gone,Sparrowstep pressed himself against Flickerpaw. "Oh,Flickerpaw,I missed you so much!" "I'm Flickerflame now." She purred. "Did you get your warrior name yet?" "I did! I'm Sparrowstep." He licked her cheek. "I wish we could be together.." he meowed softly. "But we can't." Flickerflame said sadly. "Well..maybe you can join my clan! Or I'll join yours!" He said. She shook her head. "You know we would never be accepted.." She pulled herself away from him as Stonefoot and the rest of the cats returned. "Come on." Stonefoot grunted. "Let's go." He led her away. Flickerflame glanced over her shoulder and mouthed, "See you at the Gathering."

Ok LOL I just realized that Flickerflame and Sparrowstep's warrior names first letter match the prefix. Weird,huh? Any thoughts or comments on SparrowstepXFlickerflame?
