Epilogue
The city moved on.
The police announced that the phantom was killed in the explosion but redacted the name of Officer Ruiz to protect the reputation of the police department.
The citizens rejoiced that the phantom was no more and could sleep peacefully at night but it also raised suspicion of the police department as to why they redacted the name of the "phantom" which made some assume that the phantom was right about the level of injustice in the system.
A couple months had passed and the adoption was finalized; Ryan was finally apart of a family, although he hoped for the best, he had no idea what he was adopted into and that the tides of his future were about to change.
Amir actually changed, he completely took on the father role and left his serial killings behind him.
They moved around a lot but eventually settled down in Lakeshore not too far from where once stayed.
Ryan started college and finally had a social life.
Jennifer was happy and so was Amir, not for himself but for Jennifer.
Deep down, he felt like something was incomplete and it kept him on edge each day.
Nevertheless, he did all he could ensure they were safe and happy all while keeping his past from Ryan.
Seth on the other hand made a wild decision.
He moved to Bellowsfield, a town far from the grasp of oppression, under a new name; Jordan Robinson.
A hardened .......... With one singular purpose to extinguish the shadows of the phantoms once and for all.
