Me, Jody and Tyler and been sat up on the wall for a while now. A lot of the kids were in the water, they minute any one of them went under the water even for a second my heart stopped until they came back up. Mike had been up to check on us a few times but I pretended I was fine. 

"So Kiss, Marry, Kill ... Johnny, Tyler and Toby." Jody asks.

"Is this really your idea of fun?" I question.

"Well no not really but there isn't much else to do." She replies.

"Yeah well sorry I'm so messed up. You can go down there I don't care." I mumbled becoming slightly annoyed.

"Oh Teags, I didn't mean it like that."

"How about I see if Mike will let us go to the arcades." Tyler interjects.

He goes to check with Mike and then we are off. We cross the street and make it over to the arcades.  We each had a few quid of pocket money with us and Mike had given us a tenner between the three of us as long as we kept it quiet. 

Me and Jody went on the dance machine which she ended up winning. The three of us each had a go on a claw machine, Tyler was the only one of us that managed to win anything. Me and Tyler had a go at the clown Game where you have to knock them over which I won. 

"Lets have a game of air hockey. Jody and Teagen you go first and I will Play the winner" Tyler tells us. 

Me and Jody had a good game that was neck and neck for a lot of it but since it was first to 5 I ended up winning. Now it was my chance to play Tyler.

"You might want to step up your game a bit. I used to play these all the time." Tyler tells me.

"when?" I question since Tyler told us he had never been to the beach before coming here.

"The care home before Burnywood. We had a table top version." He tells me 

We start the game and I hate to say it but I was thrashing Tyler. We ended the game being 5-2.

"I thought you said you used to play all the time." I mocked.

"Whatever I bet I can beat Jody at Bike racing." He challenges. 

They both start playing the game and in fact Tyler does win. Me and Jody then try a basketball game which she wins at, not that it was a surprise since I am so Anti-sports. 

We made our way back to the beach and sat down on the little wall.

"Oi, Budge up, I've got no space." Tyler says nudging my side. 

I was unsteady and toppled right over onto the sand. As soon as my hand touched the ground My lungs felt like they were closing. My mind went back to that day and all that was going round in my head was 'your drowning, your drowning'. 

Jody POV:

Tyler nudged Teagen causing her to fall to the floor.

"You alright?" I asked since she hadn't gotten up straight away.

When she didn't reply I hopped down from the wall and walked round to see her. Her face was pale,  eyes staring off into space and her bottom lip quivering as her breathing intensified.

"Teagen, Teagen talk to me. Teags." I called trying to gain her attention but nothing happened.

Tyler looked at me and I looked back at him. We had no idea what was going on but we knew we had to get her off the sand.

"No, No, I don't want to die." Teagen begged as Tyler lifted her up and placed her on the wall.

"It's ok Teagen, It's just Tyler." He told her but it didn't seem to help.

"Go and Get Mike." I tell him. 

Teagen Had told me how the thought of the beach made her feel sick. I took of my jumper and used it to brush the sand off Teagen hoping it would somewhat help. It wasn't long before Tyler was back with Mike.

"Teagen, Breathe. Deep breaths in and out." Mike tells her. After a few seconds it starts to work but her breathing is still uneven.

"Turn around for me Teagen, That's right." Mike tells her as they both turn so their backs are now to the beach.

Mike talked to her throughout the whole thing and the calmer she became the more she talked to Mike telling him what we got up to in the arcade. Mike wanted to go home after that but Teagen insisted we stayed and had dinner like Mike had promised as she didn't want to disappoint the others.
