I can't believe what had happened, I promised I wouldn't hurt anyone. They're right I am dangerous. I ran upstairs and started packing my things, I couldn't stay here, I couldn't put anyone else in danger. My vision was so blurry from crying I was basically just shoving anything that would fit into a small suitcase.

"What are you doing?" I heard Mike ask from the doorway of my room.

"I'm Packing....I'm going." I reply.

"Your not going anywhere Teagen." Mike tries to reassure me but It doesn't help, I have to go.

"I promised I wouldn't hurt the others and I have. So I have to go before it happens again." I say continuing to pack up my stuff.

"No, were not going to send you anywhere, It was an accident. Accidents happen round here all the time." Mike tries to reassure me but it really isn't working.

"MIKE!!" someone calls out indicating that some sort of fight had probably broke out downstairs.

Mike took the stuff out of my suitcase and placed it on the bed.

"Right you get that lot put away and I will come back up and check on you once I have sorted the others out." He tells me before hurrying off with my suitcase still in his hand. 

I knew Mike wasn't going to let me go but it's only because he feels bad about Harley. This is the right thing to do I can't stay here putting the others at risk. I found a backpack and started shoving in the things that I had tried to pack in my suitcase but obviously I had to be a bit more picky because the bag was only small. I pulled it onto my shoulders and then tried to sneak out.

"Teags" I hear Jody call my name. I turned around to see her in the door way of the bedroom.

"I'm So sorry Jodes, Are you Ok?"

"Fine, Just a bit of headache." She replies

"I'm never going to hurt you again."

"I know Teags, You don't have to feel bad. It was just an accident."

"You don't have to Protect me anymore Jodes. I know you've done it since your first week here but I did something Stupid, dangerous. I have to protect you now." I reply the tears threatening to fall.

"It was my 9th Day, I used to keep count back then. I don't need protecting from you Teags, Your my best friend." Jody replied

"Look Jodes, You've been amazing, You have helped me so much and that's why I need to do this. I'm -"

"Teagen"

"No Let me finish Jody. I'm so grateful for everything, for sticking up for me on only your 9th day, for coming into that shed and trying to help me even though I was being a cow, for everything with Harley and Liam. I can't believe you did all that for me and all I did was hurt you. I honestly couldn't have had a better friend." I tell her 

"Teagen, where are you going? Your starting to scare me." Jody whispers you could tell in her voice that she was scared.

"What because I am being nice to you? Rude." I rely trying to lighten the mood a little I did not want to make her cry.

"No because you're trying to protect me and your talking like your not coming back. I need you teags."

"Na, Your much better of without me. Look I got to go." I say turn back round to carry on down the stairs.

"Teagen please, Just tell me where your going so I know your safe." She begs.

"Can't, gotta keep you safe." I say quickly going downstairs just praying that she wouldn't follow me. 

Just as I reached the door I was caught by Mike.

"Teagen, what did we talk about." Mike says coming and standing next to me.

"Was my fault, yeah, yeah, look Mike I have to go I am meeting Liam." I lie.

"Really, we didn't plan anything for today." Mike questions.

"I just...after this morning...I called him asked if we could talk."

"She's Lying, she's running away to protect us all." I hear Jody stay from the stairs. 

"Teagen, we talked about this."

"No we didn't, You told me what to do. Well I'm going mike and you can't stop me." I say trying to push past him.

When that didn't work Fight or flight kicked in. Mike didn't get it, he thought I could change but I can't, this is always going to be me and I don't want to hurt anyone else. I took off running through the house, jumping down the steps by the living room and running straight through the kitchen and out to the back garden. I tightened my bag on my back and started climbing the fence.
