Tired
I'm just tired
Tired of everything at this point
Staying strong just gets so heavy when you e been strong all your life.
Just gonna let it all go and watch it all crumble.
Why put in so much effort for a change you know will never come?
Why are you trying to hold it all together when it's already reduced to crumb.
That's the question on everyone's mind.
Why?
What do we do the things we do?
Why don't we do the things we should?

Why should I stay when do you stay when you've been given every reason to leave?
Why do you pray when the words you're saying you don't believe?

All I can say is if it shatters, it shatters.
I'm done
Done holding it all together,
Done being the respectful one.
The cross is yours to bear when you've been too caring,
Too understanding,
Too gentle,
Too kind,
It's a good thing I have a place to write these poems as the thoughts in my mind.
