When I woke up I didn't know where I was and I started to panic. But when I looked around everything started to make sense. Tears pricked my eyes as I realized Colin lied to me. He played with my emotions, got me to trust him and like him and then he became the enemy!

I wiped away the tears and sat up. I was on a little cot type thing with a bed over it. Cot bunk beds. Then I looked around the room I was in and what I saw shocked me. There were two other sets of bunk beds and sitting on the bottoms of them were two girls.

One of girls had long wavy blonde hair and brilliant green eyes. She was staring at me with an awed sort of expression. The other girl had hair that was quite literally as red as a cardinal, her eyes a dull forest green. They both looked around my age, though the blonde seemed younger.

I cleared my throat. "Hi. I'm Ace."

The blonde looked up with wide eyes. "I'm Lexi and that i-"

The red-head cuts her off. "I can introduce myself Lexi!" She hisses before turning to me. "I'm Sophie. Welcome to our prison."

I nod, unsure. "Why are we in prison? Matthew told me that this was a training camp for the supernatural."

Sophie let out a harsh laugh and I decided I didn't like her. "Ya, that'a the lie they sold us too. But no, this is a prison for the supernatural. They kidnap the supernatural and lock 'em up here. Three meals a day. Breakfast at six, lunch at eleven, dinner at six. We have a free period from one to three where we get to roam the court yard or lower halls. Which, of course are guarded heavily."

My eyes widened at her words and I glanced at Lexi for clarification, she nodded solemnly. "What do we do for the rest of the day?"

Lexi answered this time. "We sit in our rooms. If the guards are nice they'll bring us books. But quite often they bring us out for testing and such. Wolfsbane is also a frequent visitor." She said that last part sarcastically.

I paled at the thought of Wolfsbane. It's said to weaken the power of supernaturals. Though, I was almost seventeen and the rest of my powers should be coming to the surface soon.

"Are you like me?" I asked. "I mean, are you two part of the six of us?"

Lexi and Sophie nodded disdainfully. "I am already seventeen, though I often have Wolfsbane in my system. So my powers are weak." Sophie snapped.

I looked at Lexi and she just shrugged. "I'm only fourteen. The only thing I can do..or could do before Wolfsbane was injected was shock people. I could send lightning bolts through people. A hundred times worse than a tazer." She smirked. "How about you?"

"Well, I can read minds, but only occasionally. I also discovered recently that I get really angry easily and when I do I am extremely strong. But it hasn't happened since I had gotten hurt so... Oh and earlier I got angry but instead of strength, there was a circle on my palm that burned. Like there was a fire on my hand." I shrugged.

Lexi frowned and Sophie had leant forward on her bed. "What accident?"

I pressed my lips together. "I got into a fight with my protector on the beach by my house. I landed on rocks, hit my head and damaged my spinal cord so now I am paralyzed in my legs. I was in a coma for a few weeks and woke up blind."

Sophie looked shocked and concerned which surprised me. She didn't seem like the type to care. "Oh.. How do you get around?"

I raised an eyebrow and looked around the small room. "I had a wheelchair... You would think they'd bring it in here."

There were no other furnishings in the rooms besides the beds. What did they expect us to change into? As where was the bathroom? We have to escape from here.

I had asked Lexi why she was here even though she was only fourteen. Apparently she got mad at her parents as wanted to piss them off so she snuck out to a night club in L.A.. She faked an I.D. and went in. Lexi said she got drunk and got into a fight with a man who wanted to get her in his bed. So when he wouldn't back off and leave her alone she shocked him into a coma. I didn't think that was possible, but cool. The police were called and before they got there her protector Ryan showed himself to her and kidnapped her, thus bringing her here.

That was two months ago. Sophie said she got tricked here four months ago when she turned seventeen ad her powers had started to kick in. All I for from Sophie's story was that she didn't like to be told what to do and tried to fight back, however they just drugged her and put Wolfsbane in her. .

"The protection program for supernaturals is bull crap. Our protectors didn't care for us! They were scared of us! They just wanted us locked up. We were only watched to make sure we weren't dangerous before they could kidnap us and bring us here. The protectors were just working to protect other people from us. We aren't dangerous. They are." Sophie growled pacing the room.

Lexi and I followed Sophie with our eyes. Lexi's had tears in them. "He told me he would keep me safe from anything and anyone. I thought...maybe we could be together one day. I thought I could love him." Her tears spilled over.

My own eyes started to water. "I thought so too."

WHAAAAAT!?? Did you catch what I think I caught? Did Ace just basically say that she thought she could love Colin???!!!!! Cause, that's what I'm getting from that!

Anyway, today is my birthday and I got iTunes money!!!!! Eeeee!!!!! Which means I can get Taylor Swift's 1989!! Needless to say, I am just a little excited!
