A few seconds passed and I became a bit panicked. I started to sweat all over. I've never gone up to someone to greet them on purpose, it sort of just happens. We were getting closer and closer until we were only a few meters away. Rex noticed the panicked look on my face,

"You OK?" he asked worriedly.

"Yeah, i'm fine" I say in a monotone voice, no emotion in it what-so-ever! He nodded in agreement and looked down to his feet. Something seemed, well, not right about him right now. He doesn't look as jolly as he usually is. Was I being too harsh on him? That's probably the case. I'm harsh to everyone. Even Slade, that's why everyone is shocked when i'm happy, exited or even just smiling. I like it that way, that's the way I plan to keep things. I like my personality, it's what makes me myself. Before I knew it Slade was by them, he then gave a slight cough.

"We've been expecting you.." One said as they all turned round in sync. There were three girls and only one boy. Well, at least i'm not going to be the only girl in this mission.

"I'm Slade, this is Violet and her friends Rex and Felix." Slade said introduced.

"Hi i'm Terra" A girl with yellow eyes said.

"I'm Aqua" One with light blue eyes said.

"I'm Jade" A girl with green eyes said.

"And i'm Cole." The only boy said, he had flaming orange eyes. Slade glared at me in a 'Say something' sort of way. This made me feel uncomfortable.
"So I'm, um, guessing you all have powers." I say to start a conversation.
"Yes, indeed, we are all elementals!" Terra said in an extremely boisterous voice.
"Well, I'm a druid." I say back, all their eyes opened.
"I...I thought Druids were... Extinct!" Cole stuttered.
"Well, that's impossible coz I'm one too!" Rex said proudly.
"You two might be the only druids left in the world." Aqua suggested. Jade just stayed quiet, hand to her mouth.
"Now that introductions are done, let's go PARTY!!!" Rex yelled as he ran to the dance floor, I on the other hand headed to the bar.
"What would you like?" The bar tender asked.
"Whatever you recommend" I say in my monotone voice. As I got out my purse a figure sits next to me.
"Drinks on me!" He said as he placed ten pounds on the counter. I turn around to spot Felix sitting next to me. I give him a faint smile and he smiles back.
"Thanks, but shouldn't you be over there?" I ask as I nod to where Rex is.
"I'm not exactly the party animal myself, literally!" He giggled. If that was meant to be a joke it was definitely the worst one I've ever heard. The drink comes and the bar tender takes the money. I take a small sip of my drink and enjoy my surroundings. I turn around to spot Rex being an idiot in the heart of the crowd. At least he's having fun!
