I wake up with the sun in my eyes in the middle of a zoo, in a cage, by myself. I look around and spot a guard walking past, he has a choke-chain in his right hand.

"HEY, let me out!" I scream in an icy voice shaking vigorously on the cage bars. He looks round at me and his eyes bulge out. He walks over and goes

"What the heck are you doing here?!?"

"I dunno, I just woke up and BOOM! I'm in a cage." I say sarcastically.

"Well... How do I know that your not actually a Beast?" He grins as he takes out a slab of meat from a bag he was carrying in his left hand. He then waves it at me teasingly.

"DUDE, I'm a vegetarian!" I yell in frustration.

"Oh, well that proves why you'r so slim then." He explains as he wiggles his eyebrows. 

"I have a boyfriend." I lie in a mumble . He stands there in silence for about a minute and finally decides to unlock the cage door.

"See ya sucker!" I cackle as I morph into an Eagle and fly away, and by fly away I mean fly home.

Outside Slade's house...

I land in the front garden outside our house. I walk over, grab the spare keys from under the doormat and unlock the door. I go into the living room not looking back as I sit on the sofa, grab the remote and turn on the TV. I turn around to see that Rex has noticed i'm back (trust him to be the first one to notice). When he saw me looking over at him he reacted by sitting down next to me on the sofa.

"Where were you?" He asks simply but with a hint of concern in his voice.

"I don't wanna talk about it." I reply.

"Why not?" He asks suspiciously.

"I just don't, OK!" I yell as I storm up the stairs  and go into my room, slamming the door shut. I know that i'm morose a lot of the time but seriously, people really get on my nerves sometimes!

Rexes POV

As Violet storms out of her room I turn around to face the TV  and try to forget about what just happened, but I can't. You know why? Because on the news the main headline is 'Girl ends up in zoo cage!' Ok, if that happened to me I guess I would keep that a secret. I better go apologize to Vi.
