"Luke, you need to stop it." Calum sighed, taking the bottle away from Luke again. "You can't show up to the football game drunk off your ass."

"Do you really expect me to be sober when I run across the field naked?" Luke whined. They were leaving for the game in an hour and Luke as already freaking out.

He never thought that he would actually have to do this. When he made the bet he was so sure that he was going to hook up with someone at Calum's party and he didn't even stop to think about what the consequences would be if he didn't. Now he was about to let the entire school see his penis, and his friends weren't even trying to stop him. They were encouraging him.

Luke could refuse streaking across the football field all he wanted, but he knew that his friends were going to force him to do this no matter what. They were very serious about their bets.

"Everyone's gonna laugh at me." Luke groaned, falling over and laying face first on the couch.

"That's the point." Michael laughed.

"Michael, don't be such a jerk." Calum scolded him, slapping Michael upside the head.

"This isn't fair." Luke whined. "This isn't fair at all, and I'm pretty sure that it's illegal."

"Streaking isn't illegal." Michael said, looking up at Ashton. "Is it?"

"I don't know, hold on." Ashton shrugged. He was on the phone (with his girlfriend of course, who else?) and ignoring Luke's meltdown as it happened right in front of him. He giggled again, probably because his girlfriend was fucking hilarious and just perfect in every single way. "Babe, babe, I have a question. Is streaking illegal?"

"I don't think it is. What's so bad about public nudity? If you wanna be naked then I think you should have the right to be naked." Michael said, explaining his view on the whole thing.

"She doesn't know!" Ashton called back to the boys on the couch before leaving the room again so he could finish his conversation.

"No one wants to see me naked." Luke whined.

"Sure they do." Michael shrugged, although he wasn't making things much better. "You're a good looking guy, I'm sure the girls will go crazy for you."

"No they won't." Luke scoffed. "They're gonna run and hide."

He was currently in a stage of his life where he hated everything about himself. He hated how obnoxiously tall and lanky he was, he hated his dumb acne that was always there no matter what creams he used, he hated his stupid haircut even though his mom said it made him look cool.

"Won't I get in trouble for this?" Luke asked softly. "I mean, I know that it's probably not illegal, but won't I get in trouble with the school?"

"Not if you run fast enough." Calum shrugged, finally letting go of the fact that this was wrong and Luke shouldn't do it.

"I'm going to get expelled or something." Luke groaned. "Can I wear a mask?"

"No!" Michael laughed, as if that was the stupidest idea he'd ever heard. "That wasn't part of our plan, Luke."

"Let him wear a mask, Michael." Calum sighed. "Then no one will be able to tell who he is."

"But the fact that everyone will know that it's Luke just makes it so much funnier." Michael pouted, silently begging Calum to give in to him.

"I hate my life!" Luke yelled, rolling off of the couch and onto the floor.

"Are you alright?" Calum asked quickly, looking down to where Luke had fallen.

"Don't know, don't care." Luke whined, barely looking up at his friends. "I hope I broke my leg or something, then maybe I won't have to streak tonight."

"I'm pretty sure we would know right away if your leg was broken." Calum chuckled, getting down on the floor as well and laying next to Luke.

"You'd still have to streak even if you did break your leg." Michael added.

"I'm gonna throw up." Luke sat up, not even sure if he actually meant what he was saying or not. He was just nervous, it was normal to feel sick when you were nervous.

"Not again, please." Calum sighed. Luke had a habit of getting too drunk to do anything and then throwing up somewhere in Calum's house, leaving his friends to clean up the mess on their own.

"Where's Ashton?" Luke questioned, wondering when Ashton would be done on the phone so they could just leave for the game and get this whole thing over with.

"Right here." Ashton said, entering the room again. He shoved his phone back into his pocket, a big smile still on his face. "My girlfriend is coming to the game tonight, she has nothing better to do."

"God, no!" Luke screamed, falling back onto the floor and rolling over so he was laying half on Calum.

"Yay!" Michael cheered, "I can finally meet her!"

"Fuck my life." Luke groaned into Calum's shoulder, wanting to cry again.

He could deal with the embarrassment of the entire student body seeing him run naked across the football field. He could deal with getting in some trouble with the school and having his mom be disappointed in him for the rest of his life. But he could not deal with Ashton's girlfriend being there.

"What's wrong?" Ashton asked Luke, not understanding why Luke was so upset.

"I'm not gonna streak when your fucking girlfriend is there watching me!" Luke whined, sitting up so Calum could get up as well.

"Dude, everyone's gonna be there watching you!" Michael started laughing again. Calum picked up a pillow and threw it at Michael, hitting him in the head.

"But- But - " Luke stammered, not sure how to respond. "It's Ashton's girlfriend!"

"Listen, Luke, I know that you have some pathetic little crush on my girlfriend, but you really need to get over it." Ashton chuckled. "It's weird and creepy. You've never even met her, I've never even told you her name."

"She seems nice." Luke shrugged.

"She's mine." Ashton said proudly, folding his arms across his chest.

"He's not going to try and steal her away from you, dude." Calum said, patting Luke on the back. "It's a silly little crush, nothing will ever happen with it."

"Hey." Luke whined. He knew that he had absolutely no chance with Ashton's girlfriend, there was no way that they could ever be together. He just didn't like being told that.

"Luke, it's his girlfriend. You can't have a crush on her, it just doesn't work that way. Bro code, dude, bro code." Michael said, grabbing the bottle of vodka from where Calum had set it down and taking one big sip.

"Why is everyone drinking? Stop it, we're going to a high school football game." Calum let out a groan and took the bottle back from Michael.

Michael scoffed, quickly leaning over and stealing the bottle back. "High school fucking sucks, there's no way I'm going to this thing sober."

*•*•*

"I can't do this." Luke whispered, looking out onto the football field. They were under the bleachers, waiting for halftime so Luke could go out make a fool of himself.

"Yes you can, Luke! You just need to believe!" Ashton yelled enthusiastically, slapping Luke hard on the back. He was a little drunk as well, and Luke was surprised that he hadn't run off to go find his girlfriend yet. She was there, somewhere, and Ashton said that he'd meet up with her later. He didn't want to miss this.

"Oh, will you fuck off about all of this 'believe in yourself' shit?" Luke groaned. He was pacing back and forth, again feeling as if he was going to throw up.

"It's true, Luke!" Michael giggled, although his eyes were focused on a few girls walking passed. He turned to them, running a hand through his colored hair. "Hey, ladies."

"Fuck off, Michael." One of them muttered, the rest of the girls ignoring Michael as they walked passed.

"I know you want me, don't deny it!" Michael yelled after her before turning back to his friends. "She wants me."

"I'm sure she does." Calum chuckled, rolling his eyes. He was the only one out of the four boys that was completely sober, and he was clearly having trouble trying to keep all of the boys in control.

"Excuse me, I think you're all getting a little distracted here." Luke said, trying to bring everyone's attention back to him. "We should be focusing on me."

"Calm down, no one's forgetting about you." Ashton scoffed. "Just take your clothes off and get ready to run."

"No, no, I don't think you understand." Luke snapped, shaking his head. "I'm not doing this. You can't make me, I refuse to take part in this."

"Luke, you have to!" Michael yelled.

"Be quite, someone might hear us!" Calum said, shoving Michael off to the side.

"I fucking hate you." Luke said, glaring at his friends. He didn't know why they were letting him do something so stupid, it's like they didn't care about him at all. "I'm not doing this."

"You have to do it, we made a bet." Ashton ordered, shaking his head at Luke.

"But I was drunk!" Luke groaned, hoping that he could use that as some sort of excuse.

"Who cares?" Michael laughed.

"I don't want to do this." Luke whined, tugging at the end of his shirt. He didn't take it off, though, because he still hoped that his friends would change their minds.

"You have to, Luke, you made the bet." Calum chuckled.

"Now strip." Michael demanded.

"I'm gonna kill you." Luke sighed before pulling his shirt off over his head, tossing it towards his friends.

"This is your fault, you know." Ashton giggled, glancing down at his phone again.

"Why, because I was too drunk to realize that this bet was stupid?" Luke scoffed, unbuttoning his pants and pulling them down all the way. He threw them at Michael, and they landed on his head.

"Basically." Calum shrugged, crossing his arms over his chest.

"It's halftime, Luke, you have to go now." Michael said, clapping his hands to try and get Luke to speed up.

"I fucking hate you." Luke repeated. He took off his boxers so he was now completely naked and let out a big sigh, his hands resting on his hips.

"Don't just stand there!" Ashton yelled. Calum shoved Luke forward, out from under the bleachers and closer to the football field. They were still hidden from everyone else, so no one had spotted the fully-naked Luke yet.

"I hate you all." Luke groaned, before he took off running.
